Welcome Packages!

The First EVER Lucky Lurker Sock Club is underway!!!
I have heard there is a Ravlery group for the Lucky Lurkers,
but I HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY INVITATION to get on there yet! -Whatever!!!! :)
The first colorway is dyed-and oooooohhhh so pretty, and the pattern is under construction-and I LOVE it!
I have had e-mails from lurkers out there who only just heard about the Lucky Lurker Club and very disappointed they didn't make it in this round. Fear not! there will be another in January. Those that did make it into this round, thank you for helping make the first ever Lucky Lurker Club!!!!!

The BEST KNITTING GROUP EVER!

I am part of the BEST knitting group EVER!!!

These guys are sooooo sweet that they are knitting samples with Duet Sock Yarns for my booth at this year's OFFF (Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival in Canby OR)

You should see some of the creations they have come up with. Georgeous Chevron Scarves (two different variations), Socks galore (and everyone of them different from the next), baby things (sweaters, hats, booties, etc) and so much more!

Aside from their amazing generousity to do this, they are so much fun to see each week!

I serious have the BEST knitting group around!!!

Does anyone else have one of these?!

Lately, I have had to change my blog so I could moderate the comments before they are published because I have a commentor that can't seem to say anything nice.
What I find baffling is I barely have time to even update my blog and keep up with my favorite blog....This person however, has soooooooooooooo much free time that he/she is keeping up with mine and then sharing their opinion that is wasn't worth their time to read.
If I had this much free time, I don't think I would be spending it doing something that I didn't enjoy.
So, to Mr or Mrs Yuck out there....you may not realize this, but this blog is NOT required reading, and you may be a happier person if you move along and stop returning to my blog.
Besides, didn't your mother ever teach you.........

If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all!

but, if you do insist on returning, and do go to the effort to take time out of your day to comment-whether good or bad, I will consider it a compliment since my blog clearly keeps you coming back!!! Happy blog reading! :)

Thought this was kinda cool

I found this on Liberty's blog and thought it was kinda fun!!! Those of you who have to put up with me in person are encouraged to do the little thingy that says whether I assessed myself accurately...if not the daemon changes! Have fun!

I can't show you what I have been up to!

I have been busy busy busy....but I can't show you any of it!!!
I sent off my finished project to Stitch n Bitch, for their Advanced Stitch n Bitch book (which I am sooooooooooooooooo excited to have a pattern in) but I don't think they would want me showing that off on here-so you will just have to wait for the book.
I have been working away on bundling the welcome packages for the FIRST EVER LUCKY LURKER SOCK CLUB, but I don't want to reveal any of that here.
The colorway for September us underway, and it is beautiful!!! But I am not going to give away any secrets or hints as to what that will be. The very talented Liberty has been working with me on the pattern design for September and has been knitting samples galore to perfect it. (THANK YOU LIBERTY-you are awesome!!!!!)

The only thing I can share with you is this Christmas colorway that was posted this week with the new yarn colors. Very much to my suprise, and judging by the amazing number of e-mails, a big suprise to all you lurkers...it sold out in moments after I posted the announcement of new colors! WOW-there are lots of you that are already thinking about Christmas!!!!! To everyone who asked, YES! I will be making more Christmas colors!!!! As a matter of fact, there are even some drying right now....It's name-Rustic Christmas!!!! Much more to come!!!!
