I have just got to say... Since I have been back from Mexico- I have had the BIGGEST salsa withdrawls you can imagine. Ken has said he will try to make a fresh batch this weekend so hopefully that will hit the spot.

I bought the COOLEST book at B&N recently. It was on mega-sale, so it was $7.95 for a beautiful hardcover salsa cookbook. It's called Salsa Cooking and it's by Lambert. The recipes in there look fab.
