A new month, A new yarn of the month
Can you believe it's November already?! 2005 is flying by and the holidays are right around the corner.
This month we are featuring yarns that are terrific for knitted gifts as well as wonderful gifts as skeins to be knitted by the recipient. Bollicine Lampedusa is a wool/alpaca/acrylic blend available in gorgeous color combinations. i wanted to make some socks for a gift so maybe i'll pick that stuff up.
btw - do you have a good sock pattern to use with that yarn that you can share?
i've done socks before, but i'm such a beginner that i cant really adapt patterns to different yarn weights yet - HAHA!
